Women’s Mini Marathon

The Mayo.ie Western People West of Ireland Women’s Mini Marathon is taking place in the Mall, Castlebar this year and Mayo Cancer Support is appealing to participants to consider us as their charity of choice for the event.

Now in its 16th year, the 2025 Mini Marathon will take place on Sunday, May 4th at 12 noon.

Runners, joggers and walkers are all invited to take part in this amazing event and experience the fun and excitement of participating, while also raising money for charity.

Since its inception, the mini marathon has raised over Euro 1.5million for local charities including Mayo Cancer Support.

This year the event’s registration portal provides the ability for participants to set up a fundraising page and to fundraise for their charity of choice:
